It's possible if the Supreme Court accepted this case, they may not list it on their website because of the explosiveness of it. They could put out a warning to the Executive branch to quietly takes steps and prepare for the announcement.
A tip-off would be to watch the body language of Obama and his closest advisers, if possible.
