Lightfoot v. Bowen: A new lawsuit
Today, December 3, 2008, Dr. Orly Taitz, DDS Esq filed a second lawsuit in the Supreme Court of California; Lightfoot v. Bowen, docket number S168690. This is a "Petition for Extraordinary Writ of Mandamus for Stay". The coversheet with the submission information can be found here.
Orly hopes that the California Supreme Court will either issue an emergency stay of the voting of the electors, or decline to hear the case because it is a federal issue. Either way, Orly hopes that the California Supreme Court will make this pronouncement in a timely manner.

Dude, that is almost all the objections except “When did he change his name back to Barack Obama and what were the legal hoops he wento through to perform that act”. Assuming he did all this what does the birth certificate say that he found in between a book? Does it list his current name? How did he obtain a certificate that contains his current name if was adopted and took on the last name of his mother’s second husband. His original would not be available as he no longer exists under that name and that is no longer the legal record.
BTW, I was adopted by my mother’s second husband and he is the only one listed as my birth father. My original BC, with my born last name, is not available and is already locked in a vault.
Obama’s would similarly not be available to him as well. I assume that is because of the adoption laws that were in place. Hence, what Vault Birth Certificate was locked up in August? What are its inconsistencies with his story and other documents already submitted for various purposes throughout his life.
Bottom line, whatever this guy has, it is completely different from his first birth certificate which no one has seen since his adoption. Whatever certificate he has from his book is at variance with the one posted on
Factcheck. Presumably, whatever certficate he has presented at various times in his life are at variance with the others.
Finally, I believe he submitted for student loans as a foreign national which began his trail of fraud and felonies. He either was a citizen, not natural born of course, or foreign national and he probably is still.

You have an interesting point. I believe his first certificate is under seal in accordance with adoption law. But can he get it under hawaiian law.
I dont think they would change the birth place on the second one unless that was allowed to be changed by hawaiian law as well.
I suppose it is possible that he truly believed he was born in hawaii but really wasn’t and therefore isn’t lying.
He indicated in his book that he had been lied to by his family but I think he said he had found his birth certificate. Which one?
