As is his right, Cort resubmitted to Justice Scalia. This filing is an emergency stay application and should have been addressed immediately. Instead, and this is beyond outrageous: someone inside the Supreme Court referred Cort's over night mail package for anthrax testing!

Having a sealed container referred for testing for contamination is not unreasonable in this day and age. Don't read too much into this.

Cort is a real patriot and defender of the Constitution. He drove all the way to DC to get those papers to them when his case was sidetracked to an anthrax lab.
