Fred Phelps is evil. He doesn’t think he is a conservative. This piece is from STOP THE ACLU, not from a liberal nitwit.

No one. The author was mentioning Phelps as someone conservatives dislike enough to maybe be happy when misfortune befalls him.

I think the writer was referring to Phelps on the basis that he's someone's whose misery might well cause the writer to exhibit joy.
No one can mistake the Leftwingtard Phelps clan for Conservatives.

Read more carefully, it says we don’t celebrate harm to peopel we don’t like, with maybe the exception of Fred Phelps. It says nothing about Fred Phelps being a conservative. Why would you think that?

Is the writer of this real? Who think Fred Phelps is a conservative. I think he was saying that conservatives might make an exception to "not celebrating when bad things happen to someone" rule if the bad things were to happen to Fred Phelps but I could be reading it wrong.

Who think Fred Phelps is a conservative.Toronto news radio station described them as right-wing.
I called them and politely set them straight.
They are either woefully ignorant or deliberately lying to besmirch conseratives.
