I think he was saying that conservatives might make an exception to "not celebrating when bad things happen to someone" rule if the bad things were to happen to Fred Phelps but I could be reading it wrong.
Let’s face it. Nearly everyone can think of someone who would fail to elicit any sympathy were something terrible to happen to them.
Personally, I kind of relished the thought that Abu Musab al-Zarqawi spent his last moments of his life in extreme pain with the boot of a US Special Forces guy on his neck as his life ebbed away.
I don’t think that makes me a bad person, though.
