But lots has changed in newspaper circulation since 2007! I know plenty of DCers who have canceled the Post and take the Times.

Of course the Constitution doesn’t matter to Hussein.

If he takes the oath of office, he should immediately be brought up on perjury charges.

“Does the Constitution still matter?” That’s the acid test, At least half the voters couldn’t care less.

Back when I was a kid (long time ago, I'll admit!) I spent a year in Washington, and I always thought the "other paper", the Evening/Sunday Star, was head and shoulders above the Post.

But the Post caters to a different clientele, so what appeals to normal people wouldn't turn the trick for the Post's subscriber list.

Too bad. I'm hoping the Times stays around, and is healthy enough, until we can get the Palin administration in 4 years hence!

CA....

Leo was on Prarie Radio and Lan’s show last night. Super guy. Gary Creep doing the Keyes case was on Prarie after Leo. Leo gave Gary suggestions on how to improve their case and to get it to the CA Supreme Court ASAP.

It seems Gary’s group needs money to improve their effort. Leo is not wealthy and he is doing it out of his pocket.

We need to call all the conservative radio talk show hosts to get Leo and Gary on their shows.

Leo Donofrio's Case from your link:

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

“Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.” That is a direct admission Barack Obama was a British citizen “at birth”.

“My law suit argues that since Obama had dual citizenship “at birth” and therefore split loyalties “at birth”, he is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States. A “natural born citizen” would have no other jurisdiction over him “at birth” other than that of the United States. The Framers chose the words “natural born” and those words cannot be ignored. The status referred to in Article 2, Section 1, “natural born citizen”, pertains to the status of the person’s citizenship “at birth”.

His argument reminds me of the Missing 13th Amendment: Titles of Nobility -- which was supposedly adopted as an amendment to the Constitution in 1819 but then abandoned after the Civil War. It was drawn up to prevent those with divided loyalties/ties/etc to any foreign power [aimed mainly at Great Britain at the time] from any position in the United States Government and the penalty was forfeiture of citizenship.

I really didn’t expect anything I post would please everyone in every way—after all, lookit how many are perfectly happy w/hussein, a marxist, and enough to vote for it anyway—I post for those silent ones bright enough to think for themselves and who care little to attract the attention they might get for constantly having their mouths in motion.

You remember that Keyes ran against the skunk in Chicago after the msm outed the opponent who was winning in the polls. Got those sealed divorce papers released.

Frankly, my opinion of the whole America hating crowd is not printable.

Time to put this baby to bed. Ann was a citizen and met the residency requirements and the age requirements. The fact that 1961 law required 10 years of residence at least 5 of those after tha age of 14 was rendered moot by congress when they passed the current law retroactive to 1952 requiring residency for 5 years 2 of which must be after the age of 14.

The only challenges remaining seem to be a.) the question as to whether Congress had the power to change the law retroactively and b.) whether his enrollment in Indonesian school as an Indonesian citizen negates his natural born citizenship.

No court is going to overturn this election. Time to move on.
