More noise on this every day. Will be interesting to see how much longer the MSM can continue to ignore.

What a complete waste of time and money and message.

Like Ms. Palin said, we rock-solid conservatives will find it very hard to win back public trust by trying to be “Negative Party” or “Conspiracy Party”.

What does this lawsuit and political-hit-job achieve? Fox ran this day in day out and still Mr. O won a landslide.

Cant we just get the message: People dont care about conspiracies or negativities. They want solutions to their everyday problems.

I firmly believe that its such tactics that will make it harder for us to regain the political dice.

Instead of re-grouping with a solid agenda, here we are being conspiracy theorists, negative laden and fear mongering.

I for one think there is a holistic message of purpose and solid credentials in the conservative principles. And I dont mean the Bush, McCain or Dole ones. I mean the true conservative Buckley principles.

We were foolish to have allowed our party to put forth candidates who dont gell with our message and principles. For 20 years, we have put candidates on the ballot who are “conservative light” and who dont stand for nothing:

- Bush 1 in 1988 and 1992
- Dole 1 in 1996
- Bush 2 in 2000 and 2004
- McCain in 2008

And we have got blamed for all the past 20 years of excesses that the “Conservative Light” candidates made.

Such “conservative light” candidates relied on Atwater or Rovian or Hannity tactics to win our primaries and represent our messages. And we are paying for having fallen for that trick within our very own party.

The problems of our party are not the RATS or the country. The problems is within the party. We have different versions of Conservative Light facing in and out. Its time to stack the deck, roll the dice and let the chips fall where they may.

If 2010 comes around and we are still promoting such campaigns like Berg’s and Keyes (who knew O from Chicago), we shall perform even much worser.

At the rate things are going, looks like some of us are going to seat out the next election.
