“His argument reminds me of the Missing 13th Amendment: Titles of Nobility — which was supposedly adopted as an amendment to the Constitution in 1819 but then abandoned after the Civil War. It was drawn up to prevent those with divided loyalties/ties/etc to any foreign power [aimed mainly at Great Britain at the time] from any position in the United States Government and the penalty was forfeiture of citizenship.

I really didn’t expect anything I post would please everyone in every way—after all, lookit how many are perfectly happy w/hussein, a marxist, and enough to vote for it anyway—I post for those silent ones bright enough to think for themselves and who care little to attract the attention they might get for constantly having their mouths in motion.
