Berg issues three challenges in ad on page 5:
1) Was Barack Obama born in Kenya? 2) Is he really a citizen of Indonesia? 3) Does the Constitution still matter?

Here’s the full-page Philip Berg ad:

out of curiosity, what is the readership of The Washington Times? In other words, does an ad in this effective?
Nice concise ad. We will see if Obama responds.
Makes it more difficult for other media to ignore.
“Thats what Philip J. Berg has asked the United States Supreme Court to verify. The Supreme Court has asked for a response from Senator Barack Obama along with the Democratic National Committee and Federal Elections Commission. And they have until December 1st to respond.”
Is this true? The Supreme Court has asked for a Dec 1 response?
With other words, that would be a sentence! =)
No. The Washington Times is like the Fox News of national papers, except that it has the circulation of National Review.
The only people who will see this already agree with it. The 65 million people who voted for Obama don't want to hear about this even if he isn't a nat born citizen.
In answer to the ad, NO! the Constitution does not matter to the majority of those who voted in 2008.
No. Justice Souter has already kicked Berg's case out once.
with all due respect, it’s my understanding that the Wash Times is extremely suspect with other media types because of who owns it. I don’t see the paper as a joke but the Wash times is looked upon as a joke of a paper by many others. I highly doubt this will stir any other papers to join the cause for confirmation of Obama’s citizenship. The major lame scream media will do nothing to hurt Obama. They will not let him fail and if he does, they will cover for him.
As I have written before the FIX IS IN.
So do you know what the ad is referring to ? Thanks.
I believe he denied the motion to delay the election, but obama or DNC still have to respond by Dec 1.
The Washington Times is a daily broadsheet newspaper published in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States. It was founded in 1982 by Unification Church founder Sun Myung Moon. The Times is known for its conservative stance on political and social issues. As of March 31, 2007, it had an average daily circulation of 102,351,[2] about one-seventh that of its chief competitor in Washington, The Washington Post.
Obama is so lawyer’d up, I doubt he’ll have to respond. Teflon Presidents rarely do.

My guess is that this ad will be read by a few thousand people who already know all about this.
Preaching to the choir, while satisfying, doesn't convert many people.
We’d best get used to Obama’s deceit. Once a Chicago politician....
