What you're reporting here is the Writ of Certiorari filed by Phil Berg in the United States Supreme Court on October 30, 2008, requesting a review of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Judge Surrick’s Dismissal of Philip J. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack H. Obama, Jr., the DNC and the other co-Defendants.

aka, the appeal that Berg filed right after his suit was dismissed for "lack of standing."

As you will undoubtedly recall, it was Souter who also refused to grant a stay of the election until Obama provided proof that he is a natural-born citizen of the US and holds no other citizenships.

Accordingly, the U. S. Supreme Court has set dates in which Barack Obama, the DNC and all co-Defendants are to respond to the Writ, which is on or before December 1, 2008.

Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

If he is decertified before December 13th get ready for POTUS Hillary.
