While you have some of this right I believe that the order wasn’t to show a BC by the 1st but that both Berg and Bozo have until Dec 1st to respond with arguments about whether the BC should be shown or not. I don’t think there should have to be arguments, either he is eligible or he isn’t. Imagine if there is something on that certificate that disqualifies Obama from the Office of President. What are you going to do? Start a civil war? There will be blood in the streets if you try to enforce the rule of law.

A lot of blood has been shed to preserve the Constitution for 221 years. Lincoln thought that it was worth the lives of hundreds of thousands of brave men to preserve it. The country has been through serious riots in the streets before and has survived them..

We've had too much cowering on this issue. It's time for the SCOTUS to do the right thing in the Berg case or surrender the Constitution completely to the vandals.
