When Russia attacked Georgia, McCain blasted the bad guys telling Russia to basically get the hell out.
Obama put down the Strawberry Daiquiri (freshly made at the beach bar in Maui) and gave his best Rodney King, telling everyone to settle down and work it out through the U.N. Nothing about Russia getting out of another sovereign country. Nothing about who is wrong and who is right. Just a small shriek at the sight of blood and whining to stop the fighting.
Overnight somebody must have told Obama that Georgia is an American ally and McCain (surprise) had the more appropriate response. So Barry puffed up and came out with his amended, revised, and updated response.
I condemn Russias aggressive actions and reiterate my call for an immediate ceasefire Russia must stop its bombing campaign, cease flights of Russian aircraft in Georgian airspace, and withdraw its ground forces from Georgia.
A suggestion for the next McCain ad:
I dont need to Google Georgia to know which side were on.

What an amateur. I hope McCain still hits him hard for his initial wussy response.
No one flip flops better than Obama.
The empty-suited marxist, ignorant as always, gave Russia the benefit of doubt, as fellow travelers always do. Until one of his empty suit handlers told him something else to say.
This idiot is just unbelievable. Unfortunatly there might just be enough useful idiots in the USA now to elect it.
Obamas Red Mentor Praised Red Army
AIM Report | By Cliff Kincaid | April 30, 2008
Barack Obamas childhood mentor, Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the Moscow-controlled Communist Party USA, wrote a poem dedicated to the Soviet Red Army. Smash on, victory-eating Red Army, he declared. He also wrote poems attacking traditional Christianity and the work of Christian missionaries.
The Red Army poem goes beyond hoping for the communists to beat the Nazis in World War II and hails the Soviet revolution. It says:
Show the marveling multitudes
Americans, British, all your allied brothers
How strong you are
How great you are
How your young tree of new unity
Planted twenty-five years ago
Bears today the golden fruit of victory!

Obamas Communist Mentor
AIM Column | By Cliff Kincaid | February 18, 2008
excerpt...
"through Frank Marshall Davis, Obama had an admitted relationship with someone who was publicly identified as a member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The record shows that Obama was in Hawaii from 1971-1979, where, at some point in time, he developed a close relationship, almost like a son, with Davis, listening to his 'poetry' and getting advice on his career path. But Obama, in his book, Dreams From My Father, refers to him repeatedly as just 'Frank.'
The reason is apparent: Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union. In fact, the 1951 report of the Commission on Subversive Activities to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii identified him as a CPUSA member. What's more, anti-communist congressional committees, including the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), accused Davis of involvement in several communist-front organizations."
Frank Chapman, a CPUSA supporter, has written a letter to the party newspaper hailing the Illinois senator's victory in the Iowa caucuses:
"Obamas victory was more than a progressive move; it was a dialectical leap ushering in a qualitatively new era of struggle. Marx once compared revolutionary struggle with the work of the mole, who sometimes burrows so far beneath the ground that he leaves no trace of his movement on the surface. This is the old revolutionary 'mole,' not only showing his traces on the surface but also breaking through."
People's Weekly World (PWW), official newspaper of the Communist Party, USA

The longer Obama campaigns, the further right he oozes - in speech.
Obama gives a wishy-washy response to the Russian invasion of Georgia, and orders a Strawberry Daiquiri.
Priceless.
Obama is a lightweight on foreign policy. However, I don’t think that his reaction in this particular case will hurt him too much. I personally thought that McCain came across as a hothead by demanding that Russia immediately and unconditionally withdraw before any of us had a chance to decide what had really happened. Especially since at that time Russia was really just started to respond to a Georgian offensive into S. Ossetia which had killed several Russian peacekeepers.
Here is how Obama reacted when he heard that Russian troops were attacking targets in Georgia:

Talk about learning on the job.
For someone with an “international background”, his knowledge in that area is really being exposed as lacking.

He will flip and flop a few more times as he sees the leftist spin the media puts on this. I’m betting BO doesn’t even know what the leftist position us supposed to be.
I’m no fan of McCain but apparently he already knew what was happening there.
When the Russians march onto Atlanta, then he’ll demand military action to stop another scorched earth campaign..oh wait, the other Georgia as he ahh, umms to correct himself.
Obama was told that if Georgia falls, Florida may be next.
,except his buddy, John Effin Kerry.
