I had a white slingback clog with a similar platform and heel in the 6th grade...wouldn't you know the day I wore them to school we had a bus drill (you know where you have to jump off and out the back door of the bus to safety).

Problem being, you can't find nice comfortable looking shoes! I for one would love to find some 1940 era glamor shoes like in the movies. They came and went too soon...:(
