Is it time to move on from Jeremiah Wright since Barry has now fully repudiated his racist black preacher? Rev. Wright is playing either the good sacrificial lamb or is using the limelight to advance his putrid, racist, anti-American, anti-west, antiJew views from a national forum and leaving his student Barry H.O. in the dust for insulting him and dissing not only him (Wright) but the black church and all blacks as well. Wright transcript.

Obama cannot truly distance himself from Wright albeit he can reduce some of the damage. Obama's continuing to claim that he never heard such comments at Church after attending and participating for 20 years is just not believable or credible. He cannot separate himself from the other congregants, friends and neighbors who attended the same church and read the same church bulletin. Barack said at the press conference "(he)still very much value(s) the Trinity community". I wonder if the Trinity community still values Obama?

Exactly. He cannot "distance" himself from Wright: either he is a moron because he sat in church for 20 years, and was too freaking stupid to realize what the guy was saying (unlikely) or because he knew precisely what Wright was saying and AGREED with him.

There is no good "exit" for Obama on this. Just five days ago, we were told this happens in "all" the black churches. Now Obama says it doesn't and that he deplores the language? Why, Senator? What about the language is deplorable?

Now, once he starts getting to specifics, he's cooked because his ignorant harpie wife has said the exact same things in slightly different ways.

A source close to the Wright ministry is also talking. Here's what that source said in the New York Post today:
The source noted that the roots of Wright's disillusionment with Obama began last year after the Illinois senator unexpectedly yanked him from participating in the public announcement of his presidential campaign.

"That's why Jeremiah revealed . . . that he had actually been at the [announcement] hotel and prayed privately with the Obama family before the official declaration," the source told The Post.

"Rev. Wright, as well as other senior members of his church, believe that Obama has betrayed over 20 years of their supposed friendship."

Obama further angered Wright by trying to distance himself from the pastor ever since videos were made public earlier this year of the preacher alleging that America brought 9/11 upon itself and that people should say "God damn America," not "God bless America."

The source added, "After 20 years of loving Barack like he is one of their own, after he was embraced by this congregation as a brother in Christ, after his pastor was a father figure to him and gave him credibility in a city he had not grown up in and in a black community that was suspect of someone from Hawaii and Harvard, he thanks him by not allowing him to speak publicly at his announcement last year?

"A lot of people in the church believe they were there for this man when no one else was, and a lot of people don't believe it any more when Obama claims he loves the man who did so much for him," the source added.
Lots of chickens...coming home to roost.

Not the least of which is Obama's clearly, unbelievably flawed judgement regarding the reverend. How many other Reverend Wright's are close to Obama?

We know of some. Bill Ayers, unrepentant domestic terrorist and traitor to the United States...Rezko, wholly corrupt financeir with ties to corrupt US officilas and terror finances, etc.

Unbelievable is the correct word, but it wasn’t flawed judgement.
Obama attached himself to Wright because Wright was preaching Black Liberation Theology (a communist ploy to alienate blacks from general American society). He associated with Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn because they were communists. His childhood mentor was Frank Davis because Davis was a communist.
Makes me wonder what political persuasion Obama’s grandparents were. Is he a second generation communist...a red-diaper baby?

In the sense that he is seeking the highest office in the land and will have to take an oath to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic and faithfully disharge his duties as president...his judgement in those matters was and is wholly flawed.
