SSgt Frank Wuterich has had a suit pending since last summer. Justin Sharratt and his family are just now filing a suit of their own.

My hope is that Murtha is sued by every one of them (though the exonerated Marines who are staying in the Corps may not have that option). Let him bleed the death of a thousand cuts.

Although Sharratt has been fully exonerated, the damage to his reputation has been done. The damaging remarks were published and republished repeatedly throughout the world.

Accordingly, Sharratt has retained attorney Noah Geary to file a defamation/slander lawsuit against Congressman Murtha.

YES!!!!! Good for you Justin -- go get him!
