Is it Justin Sharratt who is sueing Murtha or another one of the Marines? I want to see Murtha taken to the cleaners over this and forced to leave congress!

SSgt Frank Wuterich has had a suit pending since last summer. Justin Sharratt and his family are just now filing a suit of their own.

My hope is that Murtha is sued by every one of them (though the exonerated Marines who are staying in the Corps may not have that option). Let him bleed the death of a thousand cuts.
