I thought a judge already issued a restraining order forbidding the release of the "little black book."

Similar situation happened in Baton Rouge, La. about 15 years ago.

The judge can put a restraining order on her, and even hold her in contempt if she disobeys it, but unless the judge has physical custody of the only copy of the thing out there -- and that is not likely -- I doubt if the "madame" is too worried about it.

Smartest thing anyone who has been with that woman's organization 'in the biblical sense' would be to call a press conference and confess it now... because as sure as God made little green apples, it's going to leak -- and the press is going to have a field day with it.

I'd like to know why anyone thinks it is the proper role of government to interfere in the private transactions of two people that don't harm anyone else. This is not a street operation or a whorehouse that was bringing down the neighborhood. Nobody here did anything that harmed anyone else. (Of course, if the guys were married, then the cheating harmed their families, but nobody is being arrested for cheating or promoting cheated, the arrest is only made because money changed hands).
