Dear Rush:
Pardon my French, but youre full of s***! As I listened to your show last week, you chose to criticize and attack conservative Americans like myself who feel the Republican Party does not deserve to win in November. Rush, since when did you become such a shill for the GOP? Choosing the party over the base is a very disappointing move to this long time listener. Im very disappointed in you, Rush Limbaugh, youve lost touch with the reality that is life for the common man in America. I heartily recommend you take pause and reconsider your programming strategy. Do you really want to attack those of us on the front lines versus liberalism? Rush, you yourself have become one of the elite of our society. Perhaps I need to give you some perspective, so you can better understand our anger, or at least mine.
wow--you really now to win friends and influence people...
"It is the same nonsense that savaged the Bush 1 campaign"
You mean the same "Bush 1" who said "no new taxes"?
You mean the same "Bush 1" who nomintated Souter to the SC?
You mean the same "Bush 1" who signed the "Civil Rights Restoration Act" and the Americans with Disabilities Act?
I guess you mean the Bush 1 who deserved to have his a$$ kicked out in 1992.
"Or there might be something else you meant...?"
As recently stated by numerous posters this site is "conservative" only during the primaries. After than it's the vote republican fearmongering, or else one is a DU troll, cun'trunner, want's Pelosi as speaker or Hillary etc.
I don't vote out of fear. I vote for who I think is the best candidate that shares my views as a conservative. If there's an alternative to a liberal RINO, I'm voting for them.
Funny thought, the only race of consequense on my ballot in Nov. is Vernon Robinson, a fire breathing controversial conservative congressional candidate that has the non support of many NC republicans on this board because of his campaign ads.
that's hilarious!
Sadly, there will always be liberally inclined voters who believe that our great nation was conceived in sin and lives in sin, and cannot be redeemed except by the punishment of taxes, environmental laws, terror attacks, etc. For them it is not about the health and well-being of the United States, but about how we atone for our prosperity. These people are not victims of errors in judgement or flaws in execution so much as they are simply filled with self-loathing and want to impose it on as many of us as possible, and it is these people whom I want to deny any chance at power in this country.
I fear their sincerity more than I fear the corruption and error within "the other wing" of the party.
Why is the "National Conservative Hall of Fame" out of your house or do you just collect the donations for the it? I'm just curious what this group is about?
Through the roof taxes, trying to destroy our military, standing firm for the death of innocent babies and for the destruction of our moral fiber as a nation......
We should do that again, shouldn't we? The nineties were SO GREAT for us conservatives!
Hey guys! We should do JUST what katy says and throw da bums out and replace them with Clinton clones! GREAT idea!
That's the part of Dem power that we REALLY want, isn't it?
hmm, would you be voting for the incumbent? there you have the answer you seek...
I'm from Canton, btw.
I'm voting for Faso for gov (thank God Pataki is not running...President Pataki?)
Maffei for Congress
Spencer for Senate
DeFRancisco has no Dem opponent, so I'm writing in a name if there's no 3rd party...
same for the rest...
Please see posts 201 and 203 for my opinion on this matter.
After seeing how the Dems screwed up the country for 40 years, you wish a return to that because some in the Republican Party have been disappointing?
Maybe if you beg the Dems, you can get B.J. Clinton back, with Hitlery as V.P. and a Dem Congress to boot. That ought to fix things, make the country the Union of Socialist States of America to teach the Republicans a lesson.
Seems the germans may have tried to teach their leaders a lesson when they elected Hitler and look what they learned.
That's interesting. I didn't know only 24/7 subscribers could e-mail Rush. Is this true?
--Seems the germans may have tried to teach their leaders a lesson when they elected Hitler and look what they learned--
No, it seems they actually wanted him!
And now list what Clinton did....
Whatta moronic statement......
So we're doomed after all to vote for the guy who sucks less than the other guy. Republican representation at its finest. </sarc>
You earlier said that one problem you had is school cost and I asked are you receiving any schooling assistance from the military? What does a donation from your group go to and is the group out of your personal home?
You are nuts. Taxes haven't been raised, gay marriage coutrywide has not been legitmized, Bush is going to sign a fence bill, and Iran does not have a friend in the GOP.
Now following your "logic" of giving power to pelosi and co. Taxes will be raised, gay marriage recognized, the fence scrapped, and jimmy carter running to Iran to appease.
You are nothing but a fake and a fraud and you have been unmasked.
I agree with you there. In my experience, though, these people seem to be the mainstream of democrat voters, fired up by the far left who convince them that they're not sufficiently caring or concerned unless they subject our country to a cultural self-flagellation trifecta of uniform economic suffering, retreat from our technological achievements, and loss of the relative security we've enjoyed. I believe that Hillary is one of the true believers in this, and that George Soros and Co. are waiting for any opportunity to bring this on.
We may be drifting to the left now, but I don't believe in throwing the rudder over that way and crashing on the rocks just to prove that it's not a safe place to go.
