In a desperate attempt to sabotage the ABC movie, The Path To 9/11, the DUmmies have plotted to set off a "Google Bomb" in order to present their fictional version of 9/11 events as you can see in this THREAD titled, "The Great 2006 Google/Technorati 9-11 movie info bomb!" Apparently Fox News Washington managing editor, Brit Hume, got word of this "Google Bomb" plot and reported on it in his Political Grapevine report yesterday (to watch this report go to this Fox News PAGE and click on VIDEO). Of course, the DUmmies reacted angrily to their "Google Bomb" plot being exposed by Hume and started another THREAD titled, "Brit Hume: Democratic-Underground.com Plan to 'Google Bomb' ABC's 9/11." Hey, DUmmies! Be happy that you now have some media attention since it is mostly the Daily Kos that is stealing the limelight from you. So let us now watch the DUmmies engaged in their "Google Bomb" plot followed by their reaction to the Fox News report in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, who prefers a daily "Gaggle Bomb," is in the [brackets]:

To counteract the effects the ABC 9-11 movie could have on the midterm elections, I recommend this course of action:
The night of, and the morning after, people will be hitting the internet looking for information on the events as depicted in this movie.
Our biggest opportunity will be to have nearly identical blog posts waiting, then submit them to be found internet wide the morning after the movie. Google and Technorati will pick up on these posts quickly. We can make these entries dominate the first several pages of the search engines.
MAKE SURE THE POST TITLE HAS THE TITLE OF THE MOVIE IN IT!
Get every Democratic friendly blog on board as possible... you e-mail the ones you know, they'll e-mail the ones they know, etc. Make SURE these blogs are on the Technorati network and have also been submitted to Google's blog search.
For one day, change the title of your blog to the title of the movie.
Agree on a clear, detailed, and sourced body of information -- I've seen several examples on DU lately disputing what is in the movie. Media Matters has one. One was posted today on DU by Richard Clarke.

Dropping a "Google Bomb"
Democratic Web loggers are so upset by that ABC 9/11 movie that they've planned an Internet attack — known as a Google Bomb — to make sure their view of the film dominates the Web.
Activists on Democratic-Underground.com have urged every Democratic blogger to post identical entries after the movie airs, all featuring the film's title, so that any Internet search for the movie will turn up a liberal blog highlighting what they say are multiple inaccuracies in the film.
If the plan works, bloggers say they'll be prepared to utilize the technique "at every turn" between now and November.
