Would you submit to a forced 'conversion'?

The release of the Fox News personnel brings up what I think is an interesting moral question. If you give in and 'convert' so you can get back to your family etc., are you violating your true faith?
I don't think anyone can say for sure what they would do under such prolonged duress and I wouldn't judge someone harshly for having a breaking point, but I hope I would resist even to death any effort to force me to deny my faith.
I started a poll on this at FreeDominon, and thought you might want to have a go at it too. There is no poll function here, so you can either register and vote there, or just post a reply here, or just think it over.
The Poll:
You have been kidnapped by radical Muslims who will torture and kill you unless you publicly convert to Islam and participate in a propaganda video with them. Do you intend to....
a) Refuse to convert to help them in any way, even to the point of death by beheading.
b) Resist for as long as you can, but when no rescue comes, go ahead and do it. Everyone (including God) knows you don't really mean it so it doesn't matter.
c) Resist as long as they don't hurt you too much, but when no rescue comes, go ahead and do it. You're not sure there is a God to offend so who cares.
d) Resist for as long as you can, but when no rescue comes, go ahead and do it. God will not be pleased, but you can repent later after you are back with your family.
e) Forget this 'resist as long as you can' stuff, just do it and get the heck out of there.
f) Resist for as long as you can, but when no rescue comes make the video but not 'convert'.
g) Resist for as long as you can, but when no rescue comes 'convert but refuse to make the video.
h) I'de be the one doing the kidnapping you infidel dog!
i) Other (post and explain)

BTW people who think they can use past military service as a weapon have forgotten why they served to begin with.
Ok I didn't weant to be a prick to you, but this comment forces me to jackass.
I'M CURENTLY (AS IN AT THIS TIME I'M WRITING THIS) on the end of a deployment. I'm in Kuwait cleaning vehicles so I can come home. So dont you dare say negative about that.
I'm not using my service as a weapon either ya frickin' prick. I'm just saying It has taught me things, and has given me the fortitude to stay strong in the things I believe in such as family, country, self respect, and God. I could never do anything to hurt any of those things.
I joined the National Guard in 2001 and liked the military lifestyle so much I went active duty in 2005 and proudly serve in a unit attached to the 6-101 Avn Bde. The reason i serve is simple i want to do what I can to keep America free. I also fight so pricks like yourself can trash talk military members who disagree with them.
What would you do? Would you give in to the kidnappers and do what they wanted?

Apparently you have never been killed, by spirit or body. You owe a debt of contrition, to those that have completed that course of instruction, little bunny. Until you do so- stfu.

You are waving your service like a club. My grandfather spent a winter in the Ardennes forrest but he didn't insert it into every argument as a means of declaring himself a winner or shutting it down. Most of what I know of my grandfathers service came from the men he served with because those men didn't talk about their experiences much.

If you were to sleep with another woman, and not really love her, then go back to your wife, would your wife think it was no big deal?

Translation: CMS has a point and I don't have a good reply, so I'll whine about it.

You know what, I'm free to post whatever the f*ck is on my mind about the topic at hand. And I don't really give a damn what people think of my opinion, I give it regardless. If they agree ok, if they don't I don't really care.
if you think that I'm waving it [my service] like a club, thats your opinion
I was mearly saying the military and my experiences in it have made me who I am today, and helped shaped my beliefs.
I just take great offense at being called a "keyboard hero" Because I never say anything unless I'm prepared to back it up. Belive it when I say i will never convert, and would use every means to escape/kill my kidnappers in that situation, because 9 out 10 times they will kill me anyways so why not try to take 1 or 2 of them with me.
And the conduct code prevents me from saying what I really think about these muslime assholes.

I suggest you don't tell your wife that's what you think.
