Let me know if you want on the DUmmie FUnnies PING List.
This is a complete trip. I can find hundreds of threads on DU where they are pissed at the Democrat party and demand a new party to vote for, many of which, hold up the Greens as ideals...
It seems the Democrat Party handlers have invaded DU to keep their slaves on the plantation.
Sung to the tune "It's Not Easy Being Green"...
"It's not that easy being green;
Being accused of collaboration with Karl Rove,
When I think Id be more welcome at DU being red
or something much more Communist like that.
It's not easy being green.
It seems youre used by so many Right kind o folks.
And those people tend to pass you money and support
'cause you're taking votes away from the Left.
But green's the color of cash.
And green can be manipulated yet resourceful.
And green can be big through Karl Rove, and important thanks to Diebold,
or fractious to DU.
When green is all there is to be
It could make me wonder why, but I dont wonder why?
Wonder, I am green and Ill siphon votes, it's useful!
And I guess it's how Im to be used."
Somebody had to take up the baton in Charles' absence...
The International Green Party also forces the Rats to make a visible play to the extreme left; as the DNC moves left, the "moderate" base of yellow dog democrats loses faith.
Sorry, PJ. Both parties here in PA are happy to make ballot access difficult for third parties. For this race, by law, the Dem and GOP candidate needed 2,000 signatures. A third party or independent candidate needs 67,000 signatures to qualify for listing on the ballot.
It's not just Democrats in on this.

Is this really the official PA Green Party logo?
It looks like they stole the green keystone bitmap from PennDOT and pasted a flower on top of it. Pretty lame.

"There is absolutely no excuse for the Green Party allowing itself to be used as a front for Republican dirty tricks..."
The translation for this newspeak is: There is absolutely no excuse for the Green Party (or anybody) to oppose us!
Aw, what the heck. One more song to the tune of 'Love is Blue'...
"Blue, blue, my states are blue;
Blue are my states thats all I can say;
Gray, gray, my chances are gray;
To win in a state that wont vote my way.
Red, red, DUs all red
Sleeping all day then log-ins from bed.
Green, green, more votes may be green
Thanks to some cash from Karl Roves machine.
When we met how bright the sun shone
Then he tossed me this big election bone.
Black, black, DUs ire is black
Thinking weve stabbed em all in the back.
Blue, blue, my states are blue;
Blue are my states, and theyre oh so few."
By this logic, the Democrats should announce they will only "allow" Democrats to vote for their candidates in November.
Politics is politics.
Oh well.
Reap that which yee sew, DUmmie Dopes.

Democrats seek to bounce Green Party candidates off ballotWhoda thunk that the Democrats would sink so low as to attempt to disenfranchise Jesus Christ and Mickey Mouse?The Pennsylvania Democratic Party is challenging the validity of the signatures filed by the three Green party candidates running for election this fall.
The Democrats have filed a lawsuit against Marakay Rogers, who is running for governor, lieutenant governor candidate Christina Valente and Carl Romanelli, who is running for U.S. Senate. The challenge was filed in Commonwealth Court late this afternoon.
The Democrats are asking the court to throw out 69,692 signatures out of the 94,544 the Green Party candidates filed. Third-party candidates running for statewide office needed 67,070 signatures to appear on the fall ballot.
The Democrats claim that signatures belonging to Jesus Christ, Mickey Mouse, Lee H. Oswald, Woody Allen and John Kerry, for example, are fraudulent.
If the court tosses the 69,692 signatures Democrats are challenging, that would leave the Green Party candidates with 24,852 signatures, far short of the number needed.
