Notice that this is said in the light of forthcoming national election that will take place in September. Evidently, the Socialdemokraterna think they can win themselves some votes by spewing blatant anti-Israeli hate rhetoric, and I'm sure this is what's going to happen, for I doubt that these folks don't know what they're doing. Caliphate whores. By the time the next national election comes, we might well see the calls to eliminate Israel altogether.
A number of Social Democratic parliamentary candidates in Sweden are calling on the government to expel Israel’s ambassador in Stockholm as a show of protest against the Jewish state’s attacks on Lebanon. But Carin Jämtin, the overseas aid minister, has to do so would be “completely crazy”.
The nine candidates, who are standing for Sweden's parliament, the Riksdag, in the general election to be held on September 17th, accused the government of inaction.

They must have a wise and enlightened government in the best Taoist tradition, then. Maybe this governmental insight will spread even to their tax-and-welfare policies - one could always hope.
