IIRC, the father did not say anything about sodomy on Rita's show Tuesday night-just rape.
He added sodomy when he spoke with Fox's Megyn Kendall on Wednesday.
Megyn had an encounter with the AV on Tuesday- who she reported is still in Durham and driving around.
Megyn said the AV made it veeeerry clear that she was to back off and leave her alone. Very clear.
It was obviously not a polite a " please respect my privacy " exchange.
And had this woman been brutally sodomized by three different men in a 20 minute wilding frenzy - she would have had injuries requiring major surgery-ala Abner Louima.
Im not so sure about that...theres alot of strange toys out there ...(NOT that I use them) but my neighbor whose gone to a few parties where these toys are sold tells me that theres many strange kinky things that you wouldnt believe. so i guess its possible. And years ago there was a stripper who danced with a snake and I will leave it to your imagination just where the snakes head went. So I think anything is possible. I also wonder if they were also hooking and did it everyday with a few guys if there would have been trauma due to that. What i've heard is there was trauma reported during the rape test.

As to your post: Of course it's about sex. Just because rape also is, yes, about abuse and power, does not mean it isn't horribly, monstrously about sex. Silly academia-bound femi-leftist nonsense to say that using your sexual organs to get into someone else and thereby "get off" isn't remotely about sex.
I do understand that....of course if you believe a rape occurred...which I don't...at least not from the Duke students...she came in with injuries there was DNA under the finger nails...but not from those young men...not one of them.
Where is the search warant for a "broom stick"? Maybe she had one of those 'repressed memories'?
the odds of a broom or similar cleaning devices in a frat house are quite unlikely.

No matter what the facts eventually prove to be, this case is already a disgusting miscarriage of justice. Everything that is wrong with the legal system in America is on full display here.
I haven't been able to follow this story continually from the start so i certainly have missed some of the "facts".
But my husband suggested maybe the women didn't get paid, or didn't get paid all they expected.
Then i heard on the news a 9-1-1 tape recoring of the other stripper calling the police immediately after the women left the scene. She told the operator that the boys called the women "n-ggers" and she was obviously very very upset; on the verge of tears. The reporter said that she mentioned nothing about a rape at the time of that call.
So for me, this, along with the new broomhandle story isn't adding up to a strong prosecution case...
That was a pisser! I must say to all freepers how much I enjoy reading FR - as much for the info as the humor! This whole Duke thing has been horrifying and sadly comical. Keep up the great posts!
Here's a way it could "exist": Ms. Accuser obligingly places some of her own DNA on a broomstick.
She then has an accomplice (the DA, perhaps?) plant it somewhere in the neighborhood of Duke. To be miraculously "found," of course!
O what raptures Wendy Murphy and her fellow femo-commentariat would have over the discovery of the...weapon!
But oops, but that doesn't explain away the lack of DNA evidence for the alleged "oral" rape.
Unless we're to believe the "oral" rape was perpetrated with a broom too. Methinks the public would find that tale a bit hard to swallow.
Well, since she claims to have been raped in the bathroom, that would certanly make a better story...

The broomstick story was out there right at the start if we can believe some of the earliest "hypotheses" on FR threads. Maybe someone would like to take a look.
I don't recall anything about the AV ever askig for the examination ~ maybe you have better information.
