OK... So at first it was 20 guys, then three guys, and now it's one broomstick. No wonder Al Sharpton's avoiding this one like the plague.

There's a date-rape drug out there that has symptoms that result in the victims saying these very things.

I thought it was quite interesting that over the week and a half that I was away the Prosecutor has given an apparantly late date for moving ahead to trial. Undoubtedly he's going to be spending a lot of time interviewing the "witnesses".

I also heard on Greta (IIRC) that he might wait until 2007 to try the case. The tests are due in less than a week. I hope justice prevails, if that is possible at this point.

Speaking of which, this morning's report on FOX) is that DNA found under the lady's fingernails is not inconsistent with that of the third, as yet, un-named supposed attacker.

Your best bet is to argue for her having been given a date-rape drug that caused her to imagine an attack that did not take place.

These guys might actually get out of jail in time to complete college before middle-age in that case. On the other hand, the civil suit will be ruinously expensive.

Greta also raised the question of the validity of the report that she believes she was attacked by 20 men.

I heard about the DNA supposedly found under her fingernails. I don't know what to think. The FBI supposedly couldn't find it, but a corp did, IIRC? I hope justice prevails.

The latest piece on FOX has it that a microscopic examination of one of the nails found at the site found a bit of tissue that was then examined.

We'll hear more about this as second and third tests of ever greater selectivity were performed.

Then we'll go back to every post in FR and identify who the friends and family of the accused are.
