DURHAM - The father of the accuser in the rape case involving Duke University lacrosse players said his daughter was raped with a broomstick during a party last month, and that explains defense lawyers' claims that no DNA from players was found on her.
The woman's father, appearing on MSNBC's "Rita Cosby Live & Direct" Tuesday night, said his daughter told him that when three team members raped and sodomized her, they also used a broom.

I don't know how many times I have to say it to get your attention, but it's bad form to start out saying your opponents are NAZIS unless, in fact, they really are NAZIS, or at least Islamofascists or their running dog lackeys.

The stripper was wearing stocking which don't appear to be torn.
The stripper tried to get back into the house where she was raped in order to retrieve a shoe.
The stripper painted her nails at some point during the evening in a house where she was scared and uncomfortable after hearing a broomstick argument.
The stripper didn't mention to her friend that she was raped.

That's what we've had reported to us so far ~ no DNA. On the other hand, the broomstick story is old (as things go on this topic).
This thing already degenerated into a discussion of the integrity of unknown respondents anyway.
Unless we can get our hands on the depositions filed by the witnesses (with various attorneys), there's really not a whole lot to discuss is there.

Oh, there's plenty to discuss. You just don't want to admit it. We can start with the complainants own statements where she doesn't mention a broomstick.
We can start with her families lies. We can start with her previous false charge. We can start with that she was smiling when she left. We can start with she was painting her nails and left wet nail polish on the railing. There's more but there's no sense talking to you. Your agenda is clear and it isn't about facts but supporting a hooker.

So far I don't think we've got anything that's been sworn to and examined by competent counsel.
Presumably this will go to court and we will get to see what people really have.

Search warrants are official court documents.
Fact #1) The woman took 31 hours to tell the police any details of her ordeal. When she did lay out her account, this account was used to construct a search warrant. The search warrant lays out her description of the events and then it specificially tells the Investigators what items to sieze. The items seized are to be used as evidence in a court of law to prove the accuser's account and convict the suspects.
Fact #2) The search warrant completed and submitted to the court, which was based on HER ACCOUNT of events, did NOT contain the word BROOM.
It is totally inconceivable that this woman told the DA, his investigators, or the Police that a broom was used and then they did not look for the broom. And they didn't mention the broom in her description of the alleged crime.
This is no debate.

As everyone has tryed to convey,
The Search warrant would, 100%, name the item critical to any crime. The broom, IF she had told the story of being assaulted with a broom, would be essentially a weapon.
The purpose of the Search warrant is to ENSURE evidence is gathered in order to prove the crime. Realizing this is the mechanism to ENSURE evidence is collected, it's preposterous to suggest that an item used essentially as a weapon, which would contain the victim's DNA and the fingerprints of the assailant, would be listed under other or clothing. It would be explicitly mentioned.
The Broom reference was reportedly a comment. The player's asked the strippers if they had any Sex toys and when they said No, someone at the party made a comment that they could use a broom.
The difference between the commentary (which was back and forth - two ways) and using a broom in that fashion can be equated to the difference between someone saying "Don't make me get my gun" and someone shooting you dead with a gun.
I suspect someone just doesn't want to accept the facts.

There are plenty of other ways to argue, as well as terms to use. This is one that should be left out of anything of less terror than that generated by REAL Nazis.
