Planted question - I think they're referring to the one that has been all over the media in the past couple of days. Apparently, when President Bush was speaking in West Virginia, a woman in the audience stood up and asked a question/made a comment pertaining to the constant barrage of negative media coverage of Iraq, and she received a standing ovation.
