Wow. I thought the most impressive 9/11 video I saw was the one with the Enya score, but this is one really powerful video.
When I listened to the voices in the background, I did notice how resolved we were after this. Sadly, I think the resolve has been lost by Dem politicking - not to mention the PC thought that has inspired the designers of the Flight 93 monument to make it a red crescent (symbol of Islam) as a sign of "reconciliation."
A monument to the murderers and their murderous cult. I never thought I'd see that after 9/11, but it's happening. The next time the Muslims attack, I guess we'll all just convert.

I wonder how many leftists will watch that and become even more determined to throw their efforts into "understanding" why 9/11 happened.
If a crazy person approaches your family, and plunges a knife into one of your children, how much time are you supposed to spend trying to figure out WHY it happened.
Bear with me here. It's a bad visual, but kid #1 is dying, and he sticks kid #2. "WHOAH! Hold on! I'm trying to figure out WHAT your major problem is!"... Then he sticks your wife...(Hmmmm...lefty has a clue now?....NAH!).
The problem with the leftist theology (and yes, it IS a theology!) is that it leaves us NOTHING to fight for! It's all relative. According to them, we MUST have done something to deserve 9/11. Although it puzzles me how they think that GWB can be patently evil, but that others can't. I suppose this is what we can expect, from a bunch of moral relativists, and self worshippers. I'm less surprised by them as time progresses.
IMHO, the time for discovering what went wrong, and where it went wrong is when the badguy is on the ground, and is no longer a threat. The child may die, or live. But the extent of damage done by the badguy is forever stopped from that day forward.
I hope a LOT of leftists watch the flash movie...but they'll probably conjure up reasons to blame Bush. They have a damned SHORT memory.

are you serious? I hadn't heard that, how utterly disgusting to memorialize the religious beliefs of those murderous cowards.

That voice saying "Every body has to pick a side now!" went start to my heart and my anger with the "anti-war" @$$-holes in this country has almost become more than I can contain!

Very powerful, neighbor.
As my old pal from long-dead other forums, ALOHA RONNIE says, "Never Forget!"

Oh let me tell you!!! I chose my words carefully in my last message. My jaw was tight...there were tears in my eyes...and all I could think about are those leftist bastards who claim to "support the troops..."
Support the troops to what end though?! I had a conversation with my wife about this very subject earlier today. They say that they support a corp of young men and women who have VOLUNTEERED to fight for this country! These men and women don't want to be told to SURRENDER.... they don't want to be told to just hold the line...they don't want to hear anything other than "Go GIT the badguys and WIN!"
When we pray to God to support the troops we ask for protection, victory, and perserverance! When they pray to God for the same thing, they ask that the troops would be brought home quick so that GWB can quit exploiting the Iraqi people...and other contradoctory garbage like that.
The end for which they support the troops is that which places our military firmly under the control of the U.N. or something like it.
This only illustrates what I was saying before about them being "self worshippers". They don't understand the concept of self sacrifice. How could they? Even their support for our brave soldiers, sailors, and airmen serves their own selfish end.
Like I said....bastards....

Aw, man! It's not nice to make the pregger girl cry!
My now 5 year-old daughter took her first steps that day as her daddy and I were glued to the T.V. Such a sweet moment on such an awful day.

(I Remember)

My now 5 year-old daughter took her first steps that day as her daddy and I were glued to the T.V. Such a sweet moment on such an awful day. I was a young widow, watching it all happening before my eyes out of my apartment window in Lower Manhattan. After the smoke and dust cleared, my baby said her first words. Pointing to where the towers had been she said: 'All gone.'
I understand all about the evil of extremists and terrorists and I make no excuses for the murdering psychopaths that they were. However, our security agencies could have done a better job of keeping track of the known terrorists within our borders. They should have deported them. I don't excuse the incompetence within our own government that did nothing to prevent this attack. This isn't a political criticism. These agencies were lax under previous administrations.
My older kids had to pick their way home from school through debris and oozing body parts, knowing their cousins who worked in the WTC were probably dead.
We were fortunate. Only one was killed. We could have lost three of them. I almost lost my sister. Everyone else escaped.
Unlike most residents of Lower Manhattan, we knew the air quality was dangerous despite Christy Whitmans and the EPAs assurances to the contrary. (My friends and I are engineer-scientists.) So I pulled my children out of their schools and sent them away; I even sent my baby away. Though I was pregnant I had to remain in New York. It is my responsibility to support myself and those kids. My work was in Manhattan and I have no independent source of income.
I taped the windows and a friend brought me several heavy-duty air cleaning systems for the apartment. For months I never left the apartment without a mask. I gave birth to my baby several months later in Scotland. I left my new daughter and my other children there with my aunt until I was certain it was safe to bring them back to New York. (Remember the anthrax scares. I felt they were safer with my family in Scotland; my relatives who had been working in the US decided to return to the UK after 9/11.)
My kids all returned to NY with heavy Scottish accents which they have never lost entirely, and a taste for Irn Bru. Though their father was an American, and the boys were all born and raised in the US, my children want nothing more than to return to Glasgow. As for me: Weel, ye canna tell frae ma accent but ma bonnie Hielan hame is here in the hie touers o New York.
