President George W. Bush will announce his nomination to replace outgoing Supreme Court justice Sandra Day O'Connor at 9pm EDT tonight. Unfortunately, many American children aren't taught in public schools the importance of the Supreme Court or the role they've played in shaping (and sometimes perverting) U.S. law since Marbury v. Madison

What on earth are you talking about.
Children?

95% of "conservatives" and 99.9997% of 'Rats don't have a clue why Marbury vs Madison is important.
We got to start by teaching the adults.

In a recent poll on the importance of the Supreme Court:

42% of children age 6-12 said one of their parents would be a good Supreme Court justice.
67% of kids age 13-18 said Jay-Z should be appointed to the high court

Additionally:
25% of women age 25-54 said that Tom Cruise is "probably not batting for the other team"
7% of males 35-54 said that Marbury and Madison should settle their differences, record a CD together of new material, and play the casino circuit.
