Is the recent talk radio listenership dropoff continuing?
The first set of ratings figures for the three-month period of March, April and May, have emerged tonight and early indications are of a sustained, rocky period for talk radio.
It's just a little bit too soon to know for sure, however.

no surprise. With no election coming up, politics isn't of much interest to people.
How much of this is due to competition to the right coming from the right? For example, in some markets, Prager competes with Limbaugh, Medved with Hannity. Tote 'em all up and we might find the audience for conservative talk is actually growing.
And how much is it a seasonal drift as people are not doing things likelisten to the radio because they're out playing? That's why TV ratings are falling off a bit...the number of Households Using Television is doing its seasonal drop...
I thought thise ratings were over several quarters?

I doubt the Libs would do that...it would only make them wet their pants and whine more often.
