I'm the co-organizer. It's my address on the domain registration. I've dealt with these assholes before. (Some of you know that I spent a number of years in the hazwaste industry in the 80's and 90's.)
While I believe it's just wind, I take ELF very seriously. ELF is listed by the FBI as the #1 domestic terrorist organization in the U.S.
As sent, this email has all the earmarks of a "legitimate" ELF communique according to the FBI agent I just spoke with on the phone. They have hte email and are sending an investigator a out to talk with me.
I'll keep you posted as it moves along.
