Obscene and Grotesque - George Felos & Geoffrey Fieger's Dark Moral Universe
Vivificat! ^ | 3/18/2005 | Teófilo

I've just heard on CNN a press conference given by George Felos, Terri's husband Michael Schiavo's attorney, hurl insults and abuse against "the religious forces" and Congressional "thugs" who, in his twisted view of reality, are walking "over Terri Schiavo's dying body." This was followed by a Crossfire free-for-all in which Jack "Dr. Death" Kevorkian's lawyer, Geoffrey Fieger, blamed pro-Lifers for Terri's impending starvation. He stated--this is not a quote--that had society accepted Kevorkian's solutions of quick, easy, and painless euthanasia, Terri would not be facing slow death by starvation. He called this "obscene" but blames this obscenity on anti-abortion, religious right-wingers. What was obscene was his performance and his successful attempts to arouse the mindless applause of the liberal audience by spouting ad hominems and red-herrings against President Bush and pro-Lifers.

How obscene and grotesque these two men's amoral universe is. One wonders what kind of darkened intellects and benighted souls can come up with these kind of arguments and manipulate with the the justice system to procure the death of an innocent person.

George Felos went even further and equated pro-Lifers in Congress defending Terri's right to live in dignity to the "Soviet Politburo." Funny. Pro-life defenders equated to people who took lives capriciously in the name of political expedience. Of course, the first reports by the mainline media are not quoting his most outrageous charges and accusations.

But the news are that, as these morally bereft gentlemen would have it we are the bad guys. We, who do everything we can to oppose the arbitrary taking of an innocent life and for that we are the bad guys!

For shame, Messrs. Felos and Fieger. Behold two architects of the Culture of Death in this country. In you I have seen two faces of Evil.

This is not yet over. We haven't stopped praying. And those elected officials who took a stand against Terri Schiavo's right to live will be held accountable in the ballot boxes. Of that, I am sure.

I just wish Fieger would run for governor so I can play a part in blowing him out of the water.

The culture of death being ridden by the democrap party defines the serial killing of unborn and now the infirm as 'enlightened social policy', With such a demonically twisted view, it is no wonder they blame pro-life people for the resistence to continued serial killing ... to the liberal societal engineers, serial killing is the enlightenment we pro-lifers are resisting.

'Even before the Nazis took open charge in Germany, a propaganda barrage was directed against the traditional compassionate nineteenth-century attitudes toward the chronically ill, and for the adoption of a utilitarian, Hegelian point of view. Sterilization and euthanasia of persons with chronic mental illnesses was discussed at a meeting of Bavarian psychiatrists in 1931. By 1936 extermination of the physically or socially unfit was so openly accepted that its practice was mentioned incidentally in an article published in an official German medical journal.

Lay opinion was not neglected in this campaign. Adults were propagandized by motion pictures, one of which, entitled "I Accuse," deals entirely with euthanasia. This film depicts the life history of a woman suffering from multiple sclerosis; in it her husband, a doctor, finally kills her to the accompaniment of soft piano music rendered by a sympathetic colleague in an adjoining room. Acceptance of this ideology was implanted even in the children. A widely used high-school mathematics text, "Mathematics in the Service of National Political Education," includes problems stated in distorted terms of the cost of caring for and rehabilitating the chronically sick and crippled, the criminal and the insane." '

Didn't Feiger make some vicious anti Christian statements when he ran for gov. of MI in 1998? Yet the elites and the media never called him on his biogtry. I thought it was pretty bad that he managed to get even 38% of the vote in that race!

I know that he dropped Kevorkian like a used condom. All Kevorkian was was a stepping stone to the national stage, used and tossed aside. Not to sound sympathetic to Kevorkian, it's just the way it was.

Definitely long past the time when somebody should have pulled Fieger's feeding tube.

This guy, and Felos, seem particularly "cold". I really don't like them having the privilege of wondering into some courthouse where I might have important business ~ definitely dangerous men.

The courts should take some action here.

As Richard Land, head of the SBC Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, told the St. Petersburg Times, the Schiavo case presents a

“clash of two very disparate civilizations – the Judeo-Christian civilization, which is based upon the sanctity of human life, and the neopagan, relativist, quality-of-life civilization” (Oct. 28, 2003).

Consider the ghouls who agree with you. Are you sure you want to stand in fellowship with the firm of Felos, Fieger, Kevorkian & Singer?
