Chief Petty Officer Troy Jenkins is calling on all Patriots
Do you really want to defeat Kerry as President?
Do you really feel deep down in your heart that this is the most important
Presidential election in our history?
Will you sit by and watch as others try to defeat him?
Brothers and Sisters, how many people will be on the Capitol steps this Sunday, surrounded by media outlets and reporters from various organizations?

The Constitution mentions this if I'm not mistaken. It used to say that before Kerry's Supreme court nominees reinterpret it.

Please understand that the posters on this topic have raised two red flags:
1. You claim to have a smoking-gun story, but not the hard evidence to back it up.
2. We have an influx of newbies first-posting the same story.
Both of the above signs are possible (albeit not conclusive) indicators of a troll attack. That you the original poster haven't been ZOTted means that you are being given the benefit of the doubt.
As far as the first point goes, there's a very easy way to lower that flag: Show us the paper.
On the second point, if this is an organized effort to flood FR, then it's spamming, it's rude, it's a TOS violation, it wastes FR's bandwidth, and it clutters up an already busy forum. In this case, the content is irrelevant - if the Messiah arrived in Jerusalem, we still wouldn't want to be spammed with vanities and teasers about it. In any case, all newbies should read the posting guidelines before posting - especially the parts about not posting an already-posted story.

It is late but a siren on drudges site with Rush on the radio all monday could still have some effect.

So, are you saying Navy Chief has the goods and is almost ready to release them?
Please, please answer, 'yes'....

What makes me suspicious is that this rally is not listed on the swiftvets.com website in either "Latest News" or "Press Releases, etc." The only links that are being provided are from the discussion forum.
Here's something earlier from the site administrator:
"We have been advised that material was recently posted to this forum referencing the nature of John Kerry's discharge from the military service. That material has been deleted from this forum.
Please be advised that posts made to this forum express the views and opinions of the author and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Swift Vets and POWs for Truth.
Thank You"

We've been trying all week to get MSM to look at the VVAW/VC docs that Navy Chief dug up. No takers. MSM will most likely stiff this assembly, too. Talk radio and bloggers can get the word out, though. We need guerilla publicity. The consequences of failure necessitate our best effort.

This is not a new story. This is another teaser.

Dont get your Daisy Dukes all in a bunch.
There's a companion thread by TheRealNavyChief that says approximately the same thing.
TRNC has worked with Thomas Loipscomb on at least a couple of articles which Lipscomb had poublished in the NY Sun and other places.
If you want more evidence of TRNC's bona fides go to the Beldar Blog.

Well, I still do not want us to get in the gutter with CBS/NYT I respectfully disagree, sir. WE would not be in the gutter, we would merely be pointing out a candidate who has chosen a path through the gutter.
As to those here who believe that this is too late, I say nonsense! Think back on how quickly the Rathergate kerfuffle cascaded. And, DISCHARGE-GATE (to coin a new term) is much bigger, and would resonate with undecideds and(even) Democrats.

If your goods are "good" enough, why wouldn't Fox go with them? We have seen CBS go with a lot less
and matter of fact, it was Fox that broke the DUI story last year...
Bring the docs to Fox in Washington, tell 'em WE MEAN BUSINESS!!!!!

This is not a new story. This is another teaser. I guess when drudge does his little banner it is not a news story. Of course it is a news story. If the former Secratary of the Navy is going to get up and say Kerry was drummed out as the chief said in his earlier post it is hugh. Now it could be false but either way if we wait for it to be what you consider a news story Kerry will be in his second term. I pray it is right and see no downside to letting the word out on this site. We are not organizing it.

As much as I/we would love to see it, it would mean nothing.
The typical Moron that does not know who to vote for by now,
probably can't tell a computer from a TV.
It is sad to think that almost 50 million people will really vote for Jean Francois...It is sickening to know, but it is the way things are.
A flashing light on Drudge will not do anything at this point.

The man making the charges must be impeccable in speech, but most importantly in sources. A Sunday release means that the Kerry campaign can try to ride out the blows. They don't have to respond - they can simply ignore it. The press won't call them on it.
The only way it will have an impact is if the announcement itself is so damning, people have to listen.

Not for the 43% who are hardcore commies. But 1-2 percent can mean the difference between losing and a landslide in the electoral college.

Well, what can I say? Go for it, as long as it does not look as stupid as CBS/NYT

We've been trying all week to get MSM to look at the VVAW/VC docs that Navy Chief dug up. No takers. MSM will most likely stiff this assembly, too. Are you saying you have had evidence all week and not disclosed it in a pro-Bush forum such as FR, or Drudge, or PowerLine, etc?
You instead took it to "the enemy", the MSM? The openly pro-Kerry MSM? And expected them to "expose" Kerry? And expect them to provide effective and fair coverage of your rally?
This is either very poor judgement or total BS and a setup. Come clean with the evidence on this forum or go elsewhere.

Talk radio and bloggers can get the word out, though. We need guerilla publicity. The consequences of failure necessitate our best effort." Why wouldn't you show those same documents to, say, us, if you've had them all week? You could have drawn up a precise post and linked all the documents you had to force the MSM to cover the story, just like Rathergate.
You would still get the credit, if that is your fear. But why ask us to blindly follow when we could have easily seen the concrete evidence and spoken out full-force? Why try to get our support now, when you didn't come to us earlier?
It makes no sense.
