A naked man reportedly took advantage of Planet Fitness's transgender locker room policy to parade his genitalia around the ladies' facilities and be inappropriate towards women.
Christopher Allan Miller, 38, was arrested on Thursday for going into the women's locker room at a Planet Fitness gym in Gastonia, North Carolina.
Miller claimed to be a woman in order to enter the female facilities, but there is no indication that he identified as a transgender woman prior to the incident and his Planet Fitness membership lists him as a male. He also has a beard.
The gym's policy allows members to use whichever bathroom and locker room that aligns with the gender they identify as part of the no-judgement motto.
The rule that has sparked a wave of backlash against the gym and has prompted customers to threaten the establishment with boycotts and a $400million loss in value after multiple incidents in which the transgender policy has been abused.
Allegations claim that Miller got completely naked in the locker room and even asked a woman to rub lotion on him and shower together.
A worried woman who was shocked to see a fully-naked Miller in the locker room called 911 because she was so disturbed.
The 911 dispatcher asked 'what's he wearing,' to which the flustered customer responded 'Nothing. Literally nothing.'
'Ok, so he is completely naked?' the responder said. 'He is completely naked,' the woman answered.
Miller was arrested for a felony charge of indecent exposure and booked into the Gaston County Jail and his bond was set for $25,000.
'I think a woman should be able to go into a woman's bathroom without a man coming in saying he's transgender,' Brice said.
Clark Simon, a transgender advocate, says that the policy creates 'safety, security and affirmation' for trans gym-goers.

the only thing that shocked me was that this guy got arrested, that should have happened in the first incident where the old lady instead got banned.

If we really wanted to stop this crap, all we normal men need do is use all the women’s restrooms without lifting the seats.

Local law vs private business...
We’re often told that private businesses can do anything they like, within reason. Had he been naked in the mens locker room, it would have been fine, but in the womens’s - it’s not. So nakedness in a private business isn’t illegal - depending on where it occurs. Need more lawyers ;-)

He doesn’t have to prove hes had a history of being trans. No one else is demanded proof of what their sexuality is.
First thats not any legal requirement. Anyone can say they are something, and you are not allowed to question it otherwise you are being phobic. That opens you up to a discrimination lawsuit.
Second, everyone is now preached and taught sexuality is a spectrum, and gender is fluid. You can be one thing one day, and another thing the next day. You can change multiple times a day if you feel thats what you want to do.
To end this garbage it takes making the left live their policies to the extremes they are in order to expose them as crazy. The problem our side has is is they just deal with the extreme cases but allow the general crazy policy to remain, which is handing the left a major victory. For example our idiotic side would just go after a man pretending to be trans, but still keep the policy of allowing “real” trans to keep pulling this crap. Also our side would not go after a woman pulling any of this, just men, which is not a principled argument. So we never just on principle attempt to eliminate the idiotic policy outright, so the left wins.

The way to counter this abortion thing is to tell soccer moms that their daughters will end up showering with grown men in their locker rooms and competing against men in women’s sports if the Dems win.
He should have checked both the “male” box AND the “female” box with an arrow indicating which way he/she/it was going.
Planet Fitness invited this so hey........can’t blame a guy for trying. Sounds like a go getter to me. You go dude.....
