Hosts at Fox News had serious concerns about allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election being made by guests who were allies of former President Donald Trump, according to court filings in a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against the network.
“Sidney Powell is lying,” about having evidence for election fraud, Tucker Carlson told a producer about the attorney on Nov. 16, 2020, according to an excerpt from an exhibit that remains under seal.
The internal communication was included in a redacted summary judgment brief filed Thursday by attorneys for Dominion Voting Systems.
Carlson also referred to Powell in a text as an “unguided missile,” and “dangerous as hell.” Fellow host Laura Ingraham, meanwhile, told Carlson that Powell is “a complete nut. No one will work with her. Ditto with Rudy,” referring to former New York mayor and Trump supporter Rudy Giuliani.
Sean Hannity, meanwhile, said in a deposition “that whole narrative that Sidney was pushing, I did not believe it for one second,” according to Dominion’s filing. […]
Fox’s counterclaim is based on New York’s “anti-SLAAP” law. Such laws are aimed at protecting people trying to exercise their First Amendment rights from being intimidated by “strategic lawsuits against public participation,” or SLAPPs. …

so my simple question for you: is Sidney Powell (and Mike Lindell, and Mike Flynn) now more rich and influential for all her (his, their) efforts?
and are they more financially secure with all the lawsuits coming their way?
very obviously not. Lindell has spent and lost millions. Mike Flynn is pretty much a pauper. Sidney Powell didn’t make any money defending him or fighting dominion and her prospects are even more bleak.
i guess you could make a venal argument that they are all stupid. but you can’t make the argument that they are getting rich by doing what they’re doing.

as far as the ‘reverse spy’ argument for Mike Lindell or Sidney Powell. give me a break.
If memory serves me, I recall a few screen shots where Trump’s numbers decreased significantly as time went by. I suspect it was a combination of numerous fraudulent practices that put Biden over the top. Definitely the mail-in and harvested ballots, but I think the machines also played a part. I think Tina Peters discovered precisely that as well.
As Traitor Joe said, they had the most extensive voter fraud operation in place.
Not according the “net worth” websites. Flynn is generally rated as the “poorest” at a couple million. Powell is generally listed around 30 million, and Lindell at 300. None of them are poor. All of them get to run the speaker circuit as celebrities which generally means low 6 figure appearance fees, and book deals, and merch. They’re all in mo’ money mo’ money land.
The fact is that the Dems have a much better system in place for harvesting ballots.
Once the drop boxes were in place all you needed to do was fill out the ballot and then have someone drop it in the box.
The mules would pick up the ballots from one place in the city and then drive around dropping them off 5 at a time into various drop boxes. This is exactly what was show in 2000 Mules.
The vote tabulation charts/graphs all showed the same thing. As soon as they started counting the mail in ballots Biden jumped to a lead and held it until they were done counting.
How can you not believe something with evidence suggesting it happened.
As a news guy wouldn’t you want to investigate the claim?

I completely agree. I still say, however, that the machines are rigged as well. Tina Peters caught them. Mail-ins and harvested ballots would not cause Trump’s actual vote count to decrease. It would only cause Biden’s to increase. I saw with my own eyes that the count for Trump would flash up and be a couple of thousand votes LESS than it was ten minutes before.....that’s the machines.

for successful professionals like Powell and Flynn who should be at the height of their earning careers. that’s chump change. compare that to mcconnell, mccarthy, obama, clinton or even occasio cortez
Lindell, on the other hand, should be much wealthier than 300M. sorry even your numbers damn your theory.
You said before Flynn was a pauper. He ain’t. They’re making money. Those are the facts.

let’s put it this way. according to your numbers, i’m worth more than Flynn, about the same age, and am a nobody middle class working stiff.
so i should have, considering the level of his life achievements and career earnings relative to mine, said relative pauper i guess.
the point is that a person on the take, grows far more wealth, far more quickly than the numbers you are sporting.

And they’ve monetized their celebrity
Any falderal about “relative worth” is just excuse mongering BS. They ARE making money on this. PERIOD.

If you want to find people doing something because they believe in it and think its good for the country you gotta look hard, because they aren’t seeking celebrity or pay. People waving big flags, signing book contracts, speaking at high profile events, and having a merch line are looking to get paid. They MIGHT believe in what they say, but they’re still looking for cash. And there’s nothing wrong with that. We’re a capitalist society and we all got bills to pay.
Arizona law limits the number of ballots a person can drop off on behalf of another person. Video surveillance and geo tracking show multiple people dropping off ballots in excess of the legal limit, multiple times - often in a single day.
I’m thinking the measures they took to ensure President Trump NOT serve a second term are probably more than either one of us knows. They are so corrupt, nothing would surprise me.
And, who knows, maybe mass cheating did occur as well with the Dominion machines. But, it is harder to get concrete evidence for that.
So, if and ONLY IF, the Fox News hosts were skeptical about the machine fraud, would I give them a break.
There was obvious mass mail-in fraud. And, we all know about what happened in Atlanta and the Ruby Freeman video.
