Female McDonald's worker body-slams woman customer who threw a milkshake over her and hit her in the face with a tray in fight over free soda
Fight between McDonald's staff and customer was filmed somewhere in the US.Brawl apparently started after patron tried to fill up a water cup with free soda. Manager shut down soda machine, before insults and milkshakes were thrown, worker is recorded throwing the customer around and hitting her in the face.

Checking through the video again, the man and child appear to have come from the counter, and I am assuming they gave their order and took a seat until their number was called. They sat away from Miss lovely who was already seated and yelling insults at big girl. I don’t think the man and boy were connected with Miss lovely.
Check out the smirks on the bystanders — the guy at the leftmost and the gal at the rightmost.
The customer didn’t throw the milkshake until the McDonald’s employee came after her and it was obvious the customer was about to be assaulted.
Bottom line is that the manager will be fired, and McDonalds will have to pay something to the customer.

Absolutely....over a cup of soda. If one takes a job serving the public they have to expect this sort of behavior and be able to shake it off.If a customer gets violent one calls the police. And lets them do the heavy lifting. Manager is completely out of line!!!
“About to be assaulted” is no excuse. She threw the first “assault” by throwing the milkshake. More importantly, in a court of law, she would LOSE because she was the instigator of the whole situation.
However, in this particular situation, she and a Shyster lawyer will be taking away some parting gifts from Mickey D’s, because it is cheaper to pay them to go away than to fight them in court. And ANY court case is only going to hurt the image of Mickey D’s; that woman really does not care what her image is, so long as she gets some $$!

Is there a Japanese version of Title Nine, and is Sumo covered? Link says video was shot “somewhere in the USA”, but based on the one woman’s dimensions, I’m betting “offshore”, as in American Samoa. Surprised McDonald’s makes uniforms in that size.
