The latest Fox News poll shows 68 percent of Americans say President Obama should not pardon Hillary Clinton on his way out of the White House, and I agree. Donald Trump should do it.
One his very first day, with his very first pen, President Trump should sign his very first presidential proclamation: “We must put the politics of the past aside and unify our country. Therefore, for the many, many crimes and misdeeds she committed while Secretary of State, I hereby pardon Hillary Rodham Clinton." The left will never forgive him.
It's counterintuitive, I know. According to the poll, a paltry eight percent of Republicans want Hillary pardoned—but they're just short-sighted. I would ask the 87 percent who oppose putting Hillary in the same company as Marc "Most Wanted" Rich and Richard Nixon: Who are the only people who need a pardon?

Convicting, disgracing, impoverishing and incarcerating Hillary will drive her crazy even better than pardoning her.

I’d rather see Sessions go after her with a criminal indictment, trial, conviction and imprisonment.

While I believe that her crimes are capital offenses, she should be staring at 20 years at Leavenworth at least.

Why are people wasting so much time on Hillary Clinton? She’s despicable and corrupt and just about everything you can call her, and even the Dems didn’t like her.
She won’t be grateful for getting off the hook, because she’s simply nasty, and so is her better-public-persona but equally vindictive husband. But that’s how the left is.
Hillary Clinton hasn’t been formally charged with anything yet, and it might even be difficult to charge her, not because she’s innocent, but because she’s a lawyer. No matter how bad or corrupt, she thinks of herself as being a lawyer.
So I’d say Trump would be better off letting it drop and moving on to whatever program he has.

I think a president could issue a statement that says, “If found guilty I’ll pardon them” in advance making prosecution useless.
Trump should say that there are unanswered questions the Attorney General will look into.
HE is not prosecuting anyone.
I have watch these bastards get away with crime for 3 decades now.
I agree with you on the depth and reach, except I’d want it pushed down to even the bit players and useful idiots.
But I don’t think it’d drive Hillary crazy. She is a full blown sociopath. She cares about no one but herself. She’d throw Chelsea in front of a truck without a second’s hesitation if she thought it benefit herself in any way.
1) House arrest in Arkansas-with Bill.
2) Move Dannye Williams and his family next door.
3) Pardon Sirhan Sirhan.

The reason I’m still pursuing Harry Reid is the same as for Hillary. They aren’t going away unless convicted.
