Why do Arpaio and Zullo take so long to make this case? Why don’t they come out with the evidence NOW?
Well, actually, they’ve done that, time after time. They have clearly proven that the on-line COLB that Barack himself ordered posted on the White House website is a crude, blatant forgery. And this is not a group of nutballs, but a group of sheriffs and others with solid records and plenty of credibility.
The problem is not that they haven’t repeatedly made their case, but that the politicians and news media refuse to even discuss it in a rational way. They just cry out “BIRTHER!” and “nutball,” and refuse to discuss any of the facts.
It’s obvious why those guys don’t want to discuss it. They belong to the corrupt, ideological political machine. Or they are the slavish liberal followers of the machine. But I’m not sure why so many Freepers go along with the denial crowd.
Why the delay and the showmanship? Because they are trying to break through the deliberate obstructions and obfuscations of the political machine, and finally persuade those who are in a position to do so to take some action.

I think you have your conspiracies mixed up. It would seem there is a vast pro-Obama conspiracy involving the entire Congress, all 50 states, every DA & every court in the US. But at the same time, the conspiracy is so weak and ineffective it can’t even make a decent paper forgery in one of the most liberal states in the Union.
Which is it? A conspiracy that even Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin and Mark Levin bow down to, or a bunch of bozos who can’t even make a paper forgery?
Hell, if I knew Spanish, I could go to downtown Tucson and have a paper birth certificate showing I was born as the white Barack Obama Jr made in an hour! Or one showing me to be Zoltan Butter De’Zillion, age 27 with premature wrinkles and a split personality!
But Obama, the CIA, FBI and the state government of Hawaii can’t even make a paper birth certificate? Are these guys who intimidate the US Supreme Court and 535 members of Congress, or totally incompetent boobs who rely on adjusting a pdf file?
Your link has unreadable form and revision numbers. The post office date stamps are clear enough, though.

Bruce Henderson’s form and Darrell Oniwa’s form are from the same post office as Obama’s.

But I noticed two things on the other applications that were different from Obama's application:
1. The person signed it on the day it was stamped.
2. The boxes for ID or no ID: The ID present boxes were checked, while on the Obama form, the no-ID present box was checked.
3. Can anybody explain why Obama seems to have signed the form the day AFTER it was stamped?P>

It wasn’t those people who made the forgery. They had a rush job because they were expecting the HDOH to create just what they needed. But somebody balked and what Judy Corley received was not useable. They had to throw together something on the fly and ended up producing crap.
And it is irrefutably crap. The security background doesn’t match what the HDOH uses. I don’t think the Obama people could even buy security paper that looks like what they’ve got. What they’ve got is an attempt to make a security paper background from butchered pieces of real security paper. But they butchered it in the process, and that can be easily seen when you know what you’re looking for.
And your very points show that this was a rush job. They were not expecting to have to alter what the HDOH gave them. They were wrong, and in their haste to cover their rear ends in time for Obama to fly off to Chicago and gloat with Oprah for the low-information crowd, they did a really bad job on the forgery.
Think about it. All you need to know is that the security background on the White House image is NOT what the HDOH uses.
I should clarify. It wasn’t CIA, FBI, etc who made the PDF forgery. It was the Obama people, and they had to do it on the fly because they got a surprise when they opened up what Judy Corley picked up in Hawaii. The HDOH was supposed to give them a perfectly fine, legitimate, properly-certified birth certificate. But what they got was not useable so they had to forge one in time for Obama to present it to the press and then jet off to a prescheduled gloat session with Oprah, which is all many of the low-information people have ever seen on this issue.
Do we know why Obama was in Hawaii then?
For instance, are there any plane records that prove that Obama was in Hawaii that 1980 summer?
When was he in New York attending Columbia?
When was he in California attending Occidental?
If Obama was in Hawaii in the summer 1980, how long did he stay?
Any plane record of Obama flying back to California or New York at the beginning of Sept. 1980?

Why was it a rush job? No one knew about it but the principles involved. They could have gone another week or two if they wanted.
The low information voters were starting to hear about the issue because of Trump. Obama had a pre-scheduled appearance on Oprah, which the low-info voters would see. They wouldn’t see the news. He had to go where they would see him.
Keep in mind this is a guy who wouldn’t produce a BC for the sake of our military officers who have sworn to protect the US Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic - but he WOULD respond to a media celebrity. Appearances are everything to this guy. He plays to the most ignorant, stupid people among us.

What would be the normal form of ID? a driver license? Did he have a DL? I don’t even think he owned a car until he graduated college.

No question he added some flourish to his “B” in Barack buty the “Ob” in Obama is exactly the same.
So what is the revision number on Obama’s? Where is the clear image of it? All I’ve seen are the crappy images the same as Henderson’s. So where is the pristine copy you are referring to?

I would be surprised if records for those flights exist. In 1980 how easy was it to buy a plane ticket without any ID?
However, it is also accurate to say that the evidence that they have developed is also very impressive. There can be reasonable doubt that the documents are forged. However, they cannot be dismissed.
IOW, they have an excellent case, and nowhere to bring it. All the CCP Is saying is, "Look. Then YOU tell us." No one will look.
