Do you have a clear copy Obama’s that clearly shows the date of revision?
The forms all exactly the same - so what was revised?
That’s a magnified blur. Can you read the revision number and date on that copy?
It’s the small text in the lower left corner.

How about the OMB approval info on the lower right corner?
No? Me neither.
As to what changed? No idea. You say they look the same to you. That’s nice. For all I know the only change was in the privacy act statement on the back.
