If you google 'Martha'; you will see that she is quite active. Some of that activity might cast doubt on the messenger; but while there are many; she is 'one more' per her crusade to find the truth of Obama.

Meantime; open to 'new'; and went through the Malcolm X thing; but for now; sticking with Frank Marshall Davis being O's father; and Stanley Ann being the 'Mother'. Still; no closing the book here; not even close. Plenty of loose - and open - threads per Obama's identity.

Think we can all agree; that a 'hand'- moving Barry 'FOWARD' - and 'up'- has been on his shoulder for a long time.

So who was Jo Ann Newman?

Jo Ann Newman was the name used in a eulogy of Malcom X - in which she was described as someone who worked in the classified advertising department of the publication which published the eulogy.

Is she still alive?

As the eulogy was quite obviously written by someone who had an intimate knowledge of both the deceased, the practice of islam and many of the mourners present at the funeral, it wasn't written by a person who worked in the classified advertising department named Jo Ann Newmann. The eulogy was written by someone who attended the funeral, someone from the Malcolm X inner circle.

What is she doing now?

The author of the eulogy wrote under an assumed name, using the name of a well known actress.

Was she really Obama's mother?

Jo Ann Newman was the name of a well known actress. I doubt if she was zero's mother, she was married to Paul Newman.

Why did Martha Trowbridge go silent?

Because she (who-ever she might be) stirred up a controversy and then converted her site to pay to view. The blogger knows people are suckers.

Was she and her family threatened by Obama's people?

There is no person named Martha Trowbridge, and there never was a Jo Ann Newman who wrote the eulogy. It's pretty hard to threaten a non-existant person.

It was incredibly frustrating to follow her story line from the beginning, since she offered up fantasies with absolutely NO evidence to back them up, plus I find her “creative” writing style obnoxious. I kept waiting for the “proof” to appear, but it doesn’t appear that is where she was ever heading.
For the sake of accuracy in journalism however, I would point out that she did not find the “obscure traffic tickets”, I did. Perhaps it was the only actual research in her stories? But there was nothing in that ticket record (that we know of) that would link BMS to BHO, except circumstantial evidence/coincidences.

Oh, no, don’t worry, that wasn’t my point! I had remained “anonymous” about it until now intentionally; I just wanted to clarify that one of the only “documented” items about bari shabazz wasn’t even anything she found. If she has any documented evidence she is keeping it hidden...

Renee, I can’t either. It is hard to find even a shred of anything other than pure speculation and “creative” fiction in Trowbridge’s “articles”. I wanted to..when I read the first one I hoped the proof was there, and coming soon, and we were just being teased. So far, there is nothing concrete…not even anything that is mushy wet cement…just flowery suggestive writings that, as far as I can tell, say or mean nothing at all. After reading it, I took the name Bari Shabazz, and just for the hell of it put it into the Hawaii courts data base. I didn’t expect to find anything at all...

How many times do you need to be shown who Bari M Shabazz is? He was born Barrington Hugh Smith in Kingston Jamaica in October 1959, changed his name and obtained a Social Security number in 1974.

Martha says “Jo Ann Newman” is still alive and that she was a close relative of Fred Newman, major communist organiser. As far as I know Martha is a real person. There is no evidence that the Eulogy was written under an assumed name. On the contrary, the Amsterdam News explicitly states that, in print with the story, that Jo Ann Newman worked for them. Maybe the Eulogy was written by Fred Newman or Lenora Fulani. Come to think of it, maybe Fred Newman and Lenora are Obamster’s parents? Maybe Uncle Frank was really Fred? Who knows. Anyway, after 8 years of “research”, I am really disappointed that no one is prepared to state with evidence the full true story. It may be that all we are seeing is smoke and mirrors and that the disputes between various posters is just bluster to disguise that they are all on the same team.

You can add your own name to any classmates site you want to, try it. Are you under the impression one has to be a past student?
That name could have been entered by anyone. It doesn’t make Barrington Hugh Smith who changed his name to Bari M Shabazz and obtained a Social Security number in New York in 1974 when he was 15, a student at that high school.

Someone reading The Terrible Truth could have entered that name as a prank, just as I’m shown as a student under an assumed name at a High School in the US - although I’ve never been there.

Why don’t you try it? Those sites are a joke.
