Parents of twins that age would no longer need identity bracelets to tell them apart. S.A.D. looks to be at least a year old in that pic.
I thought they wore them up to 3 years, but you probally are correct—its only a theory.. It seems to me there are 2 differ. SAD from looking at all the photos of her- one with streight hair and streight teeth and the other with a crooked tooth and curley short hair..
also post #18 I believe is correct— I have asked lots of peeps and they think that is twins also— not identical twins, but very close
