The prosecution was abandoned in the early 2000’s of the prosecutors own volition. A Shabazz/Obama of the same age shows up in Stuyvesant New York School records.
I think Obama was born in Jamaica under the assumed name. That Jamaica birth certificate has his parents names blacked out.
