Son in law was teaching the geeky grandson to shoot rifles with a pellet rifle. SIL was not watching carefully, grandson said he was bored. SIL retrieved target which had zero holes in the 10 ring. Asked the kid about it.
Kid pointed out that he had shot the little animals printed around the standard 25 meter target. The target was too big.
Holy Carp!!
He didn't just shoot them, he cut them out.
He graduates to .22s this summer. I'll donate a brick or two to that effort. (yes, I have them)

Since the NRA has always recommended apolicy against mental defectives having access to firearms, Mr. Morgan should have no fear that the NRA will be shipping him any weapons or requiring that he carry one.
