Angered by an ordinance requiring actors in pornographic productions to wear condoms, some in the adult industry are threatening to move their operations from the pornucopia of Los Angeles to Southern Nevada.
The news, first reported last month by the Los Angeles Times, has caused some to speculate on the industrys future in Las Vegas, which is already seen by many insiders as a welcoming second home.

The reason is quite simple. After Sandra Fluke spoke at the News Conference, (she did not Testify since it wasn't a real Committee hearing BTW), the Democrats in Sacramento decided to add a Fluke Tax on Condoms.
It is simply unaffordable when regular Condoms cost $5 each and the extra large ones go for $10.
They have to close that Deficit one way or another.

The bill is a jobs creator. Every film crew will now need a rubber minder to dispense, observe, record usage and collect the used ones.

Does this mean the taxpayers will have to cover the cost of the condoms through ObamaCare?

Why bother with the costs of “porn actors and actresses”? Thanks to the NEA and other teacher unions, student behavior in unwatched rooms is likely to be suitable for the porn industry and the students are doing those things anyway. A bit of cash would always be appreciated by the Lil’ Darlins due to the high cost of recreational pharmaceuticals, Nikes, ad nauseam.
The educrats would turn a blind eye to the cameras recording the student behavior as they have avoided noticing the behavior for decades. Again, a bit of cash would be appreciated by the faculty, and for the same reasons.

Most porn being produced today is amateur porn where people post their own stuff on their own website for $$ or other sites. So I missed a business opportunity when I was stationed in Las Vegas? Just Damn.
