The Daily Beast reports Sarah Palin's speech to the Safari Club International Convention in Reno, Nev., has its members excited about taking on President Barack Obama's coming gun control issue. Palin warned that Obama and liberals will try to take away their guns.
"We need to keep tabs on what the White House is telling us. Just think if we had stricter gun control laws! Imagine, though -- imagine making life more miserable for the liberals who want that gun control." Palin was grinning and laughing as she spoke these words.
Palin has a very vivid imagination.
Imagine the parents of 9-year-old Christina Taylor Green who are miserable because they no longer have their daughter. Imagine the other families who are in misery from actually being victims of a shooting. Palin might have a difference stance if she lived in Gangland, USA at the center of any one of a dozen cities in America. Palin, as a mother of five, should be able to sympathize a little bit, right?
Earlier in her speech, Palin proudly told stories about how her children have hunting names associated with Alaska. Bristol is named after Bristol Bay. Piper is named after an airplane, Willow after a stream.
The kicker is her son Trig. Mommy and Daddy Palin lovingly named him after the part of the gun which fires the weapon. Just pull the trigger.
Palin can't seem to help her gun rhetoric less than a month after a crazy gunman killed six people....

This ignorant leftist (but I repeat myself) could have spent a few second with a search engine and learned that Trig is named after a great uncle who was a Bristol Bay fisherman.

The only time Sarah will actually be implicated as an accessory to numerous violent deaths will be when she wins the White House, and thousands of Libsnots' heads simply explode, while thousands of others slash their wrists, eat tubs of Drano, jump out of windows, swallow all their "pain" meds at once, and walk in front of speeding highway traffic because they finally realize that their lives never were worth living.
For which President Palin will be awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.

I heard an interview with Christina Green’s father. He said Christina wouldn’t want more government restrictions imposed on the people. This journalist is using her name advocating exactly what she - and her family - do not want.
And that 50 cents will be due to inflation.

I read the father’s response, and he didn’t want his daughter’s death to become an excuse for anti gun demagoguery by the left. He is an honorable man. Too bad the left can’t respect his wishes.
Just show a utility receipt, no waiting period ... I think I like the new liberal gun control policy!
What kills the liberals - I hope I’m not being uncivil - is that Palin refuses to take them as seriously.
