I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".
The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:
In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.
MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).
There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).
There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.
That sounds about right. It certainly describes the intention.

I think creating a fake birth certificate was wrong and reckless. Given the serious damage this man is doing to the US, this should not have been something you did for a lark or jolies or whatever you got out of it.
However, I do give you credit for sticking it out here in the face of what looks to be undue skepticism and abuse. You remained civil and you made your case. I am inclined to believe you are telling the truth though I still don’t know whether I believe your reasons for doing it - whether you did it on your own or someone paid you to do it to as a spoiler.

On the evening of August 1st, 2009, I (Lucas) composed a report and posted in on my Google profile page which stated that sometime in the month of August 2009 I would be releasing a video of the Kenyan birth certificate that I procured in Kenya.

Note that this is one (1) day before Orly jumps out with the MOSSAD document of birth on August 2nd, 2009.
As that time period I did not know Orly Taitz and had never spoken with her. But I knew who she was and she knew who I was.
Later on is September of 2009 Orly Taitz told me that she has read my August 1st, 2009 report on my Google profile and that she decided to release the MOSSAD document the next day because she figured that everyone would assume that it was the birth certificate that I (Lucas) had procured in Kenya. Orly released the MOSSAD document with a story that the person that gave her this document (she did not mention MOSSAD to the public) was “a source wishing to remain anonymous because he fears for his life”.
Orly told me that she used that line to further mislead viewers into believing that it was me (Lucas).
I feel less guilty for being confused now. Looks like "confusion tactics" were being used by a number of players in this strange tale.

This is Lucas Smith. I don’t want to bother you and if you don’t want to answer a questions that you’ve probably already answered then I will totally understand. But if you feel like answering here is my question:
What did you use a template or what template did you base yours on. I have tracked down old Australian birth certifcate (real ones.... not the “Bomford” one). The Australian birth certificate that I tracked down looks extremely similar to the Orly Taitz MOSSAD certificate. So did you use and Australian certificate to model the one that you claim to have made?
By the way, Orly Taitz was telling all of us that she got the certificate that you claim to have created from MOSSAD.

Lurked, has another screen name, has been given info by other hirelings. Is being fed info to post. Or a combination of any of them.
Be that as it may, my experience with hoaxers is that they have a cruel streak within them. They evade an overt act of doing something which society may punish them for. What they do is to use an innocent victim. Who was the innocent victim?
David Jeffrey Bomford. He did not ask for the publicity that this entailed. Sure he was able to laugh it off eventually, good for him.
I will have more to say about the perverse mentality of the hoaxer. The public often to bemused to see it for what it is.
Oh yeah.
And the Australina news report that claimed to have interviewed Bomford and in which Bomford laughs it off is a FAKE.
I just double checked and it looks like Orly filed her “MOSSAD” document on the night of August 1st 2009. Attorneys can file electronically anytime of the day or night as Orly Taitz did.
Keep me posted on this. I don’t want to miss all the fun again.

That’s interesting. If I can force myself to go back to the long bc thread and search, I’d like to find out how the topic of the Bomford bc made it to the discussion. It is just too much of a coincidence that someone “found it” doing a Google search when the punkster’s doc showed up. It’s remotely possible but not very. Now with what you say about it, I am really curious who posted it.
I also remember looking at the code on the Bomford web site page containing the image and seeing a date of entry. I think I posted a comment on it to the effect that the page had very recently been updated but the content wasn’t the type of thing that you would update.
Can you reveal how you discovered that information?
