I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

Because the Twelfth Amendment clearly states who actually IS the President:

The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;- The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President...

Obama received the greatest number of votes for President. He IS the President, and therefore "holds" that office until such time as Congress shall remove him (barring expiration of his term, etc.).

By that argument, someone could walk in off the street and "hold" the office

A Grand Jury can be called by a sitting prosecutor for purposes of determining if sufficient evidence exists to issue an indictment or "True Bill".
My limited understanding of the Grand Jury process leads me to believe that any citizen in good standing can ask for a Grand Jury to be convened to hear evidence.

If there is any truth to this, Chanise Foxx (or whatever her real name is) needs to make a notarized statement, and appear on Fox News and any other media that will have her NOW. If Chanis is using a pseudonym, this Adler gal still would know her real name, so she is not safe. Larry Sinclair still is breathing in and out because he went hugely public, otherwise I have no doubts he would have “disappeared”.

This forgery is certainly possible considering the deceit constantly being vented from the White House. However, the truth of it will be extremely hard to verify. If true, the Obambots will be doing emergency damage control to discredit it with help of course from the lamestream media.

I agree with wells, it’s the scrubbing that’s the story.

Personally, I don’t think this was a planted story and scrubbing by the Obots. If it isn’t true then it’s just a loose nutcase who just so happened to raise the ire of the Obots enough to try to get people OFF the whole story. As I see it at the moment.

These kinds of activities don’t help, though, to bring the truth to light.

It still bothers me that Free Republic did not post a retraction. Since they are a popular website, many people go there for the daily news so it is highly likely, they would be used to cause a “stir” or “distract” from something else that is happening.

It has happened so many times before…we have gotten hopeful, only to be let down.

Citizens have always had the right to convene a grand jury since the Bill of Rights was enacted in 1791. The Bill of rights are the powers vested to the people. The 5th Amendment specifically references the grand jury but is not referenced in the body of the Constitution where the powers for the three branches of government are detailed. The founding fathers purposely cited the grand jury only in the Bill of Rights to give the people a check and balance against a runaway, corrupt government as we are currently experiencing.

In 1946 the judicial branch attempted to usurp the power of the citizen grand jury by adopting its own set of rules known as the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. It essentially tried to render the Citizen's grand jury obsolete. Since this time people are under the false impression only a court can convene a grand jury when in fact the opposite is true. Only citizens can convene a grand jury per the 5th Amendment.
