DOH indirectly confirms: Factcheck COLB date filed and certificate number impossible
Butterdezillion | Feb 23, 2010 | Butterdezillion

Posted on 02/23/2010 8:02:16 AM PST by butterdezillion

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar".

The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail:

In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of O’ahu or on the neighbor islands of Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Maui, Moloka’i, or Lana’i), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of O’ahu) respectively.

MY SUMMARY: As you can see, Okubo said that the “Date filed by the State Registrar” is the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office).

There are no pre-numbered certificates. A certificate given a certificate number on Aug 8th (Obama’s Factcheck COLB) would not be given a later number than a certificate given a number on Aug 11th (the Nordyke certificates).

There is no way that both the date filed and the certificate number can be correct on the Factcheck COLB. The COLB is thus proven to be a forgery.

Okay, I’ve been saying that your Kenyan Birth Certificate was a fake from the beginning, and I, through a close and person friend, contacted Dr. Orly Taitz to warn her about going public with it and making a fool of herself. But, as you can see, she didn’t listen.

Anyway, thank you for finally coming clean with that.

Now, let me ask you a question that about your choice of the name, “Joshua Simon ODUYA.” I

I was curious if you used the middle name of “Simon” because of the Biblical reference, as in Acts 8:9, or was it just a happy coincidence? It’s been one of those questions I had at the time and filed away for when I actually had a chance to ask the creator of the fake Kenyan BC -

“But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some GREAT ONE:”

Cheers

Erratum: “person friend” should be “personal friend.”

His lack of understanding is obvious. Too bad he was informed of Quo Warranto. Fishing. Fishing.

Just got back from exercising... and no answer.

Drat! LOL! And here I thought you were being all religiously subliminal and stuff.

Well, you’ve got to admit that it’s a pretty cool coincidence!

Cheers

That doesn't change the fact that he was sworn into office and now only Congress has the power to remove him

You'll not find "sworn into office" in the Constitution. Yes the Constitution requires that the oath of office, which is specified, word by word therein, be taken "Before he enter on the Execution of his Office", but it does not say the he becomes President upon taking the oath. What it does say is that having satisfied all the requirements. Win majority of the electoral vote, be 35 or over, be 14 years a resident, and be a natural born citizen, then he becomes President at noon on January 20th following the election. (since the XXth amendment of 1933)

The inauguration is not a coronation. It's only traditional, not Constitutional, not being mentioned anywhere in that document.

Congress has the power to remove a President, but logically someone not eligible to the office cannot be President.

The Constitution clearly states that the President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall only be removed from office upon impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Which of those is "not eligible to the office"?

And it says "President", not ineligible usurper.

True!

And there were other coincidences as well.

Like "E.F. Lavender" standing for Earth Friendly Lavender. Apparently a line of soap or something. I'd never heard of it before.

Also, the 47,044 in the birth number. Obama was 47 years old and sworn in as the 44th president. That had never entered my mind. Just a weird coincidence that others picked up on.

Well, the biggest problem was that it went down after I went to bed last night. And apparently, John was in bed too. When I got up this morning and got to my computer and discovered FR was down, I called John and he got it going again within about five minutes.

Apparently, duh After-Birthers script kiddies can't read or they didn't see the word "FICTION" in bold that prefaced the story in response to unverifiable "facts" coming from the PunkSter.

Who gets impeached is who holds the office of President.

That's not what the Constitution says, it says

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Art. II, Section 4.

It also says:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;

So how can someone not eligible to the office "hold" it? By that argument, someone could walk in off the street and "hold" the office. I mean if you're willing to disregard one requirement, why not a couple more of them? Maybe only one requirement. The guy could sign a copy of the oath, be over 35, 14 years a resident, and be a natural born citizen.

Ridiculous of course, but it does follow from your position.

The Constitution can be a bitch sometimes, but it is what it is until such time as it's amended.

Except, apparently for the Natural Born Citizen clause. That's subject to vote of Congress.
