The exotic dancer who accused members of the Duke University lacrosse team of raping her at a party may have been slipped a date-rape drug, according to an interview with the second dancer in the May 1 issue of Newsweek that appeared on stands today.
Newsweek also reported that a defense attorney said some DNA evidence had been found under the accuser's fingernails, but that the first round of DNA testing - which did not incriminate any of the 46 players swabbed - was inconclusive about identity. Results from a second round of tests are expected this week.
The accuser, a 27-year-old black college student and mother, said she was raped and beaten by white students on March 13 after performing for them at a house party. Two lacrosse team members, Collin Finnerty, 19, of Garden City, and Reade Seligmann, 20, of Essex Fells, N.J., were charged Tuesday. Defense lawyers have maintained their clients' innocence, offering a detailed timeline and time-stamped photos from the party that they say throw the woman's story into doubt.

You have to discredit the facts, not Kim anyway. Sometimes even a dishonest witness is correct, particularly if you can cooborate what the witness says.
Remember what the lawyers always say, if the facts are against you argue the law, if the law is against you argue the person. We haven't gotten through the fact part yet.
Kim is a proven liar, so why should she be believed about this? After all, she herself said she was looking for an "opportunity" for this whole thing to benefit HER. Add opportunist to the list describing her: exotic dancer, liar, thief, and probation violator.
The only person to ever allege that this happened was Kim, IIRC. Don't know when she first alleged that.
You're making it up.
There are a lot of links on these threads which will lead to facts, rather then speculation on your part.
Fox is really playing up the spilled drink story today...
What they fail to mention in any of the "Kim says" reports, is that stupid Kim has been totally discredited.
_______________
I know it's sickening isn't it?
Kim is a con artist hustler and makes no bones about it, but I guess someone who changes their story and flat out says an a email that they are looking for money from this 'opportunity', still has credibility to the media.
Of course if you administer a drug to someone (without their permission) that renders them unconscious, you've kidnapped them. So the indictment does not rule a date rape drug out.
Remember, there's a cop in the story too ~ and he used the word "intoxicated", right?! There's more than one cause for intoxication.
Kim did NOT ferry Crystal to the 'dope hospital' or to the hospital. You have some catching up to do on the reported FACTS.
Remember, I'm merely reciting, in rough order, the claims other people have made about the events of that evening.
The policeman said she was DRUNK.
I can't remember when it was first mentioned...
I do know that if Kim is spinning this date rape drug theory, then she has to have a rational explaination of why the guys didn't drug her, also. Other than the fact that she's fugly.
I don't think she's smart enough to figure out that she could have just said that she declined the offer of a drink.....
A question for you "sissyjane", how often do you use a daterape drug?
Are you an expert in the matter like those folks at Berkely that I referenced?
Damn muawiyah, you need to bone up. Kim took mangum to the kroger store and nowhere else. The security guard was a female, not a male. If you were familiar with the 911 calls, you'd know that. If you want to argue facts, then bring some along.
Kim called the security guard at Krogers over to her car. Security guard smelled alcohol on Kim's breath.
Kim reported that Crystal wouldn't get out of her car. Claims she didn't know her.
First police officer stated that Crystal was passed-out drunk.
Crystal was transported to Mental health facility, and subsequently to hospital.
Kim was there and you weren't. To that degree her witness to events is superior to yours (in court or anywhere else). She is also reported by others to have been present at other places with the other dancer.
Why didn't police smell alcohol on Kim? Or, did they? Did they haul Kim to the pysch ward, too? Do we know what happened to Kim after the police arrive at Kroger's and the security guard left?
Then who did?
~sigh~
I'm not going to do your research for you. Hint: Kim didn't take the AV anywhere after showing up at Kroger.
Did he administer a blood alcohol test?
