Kim called the security guard at Krogers over to her car. Security guard smelled alcohol on Kim's breath.
Kim reported that Crystal wouldn't get out of her car. Claims she didn't know her.
First police officer stated that Crystal was passed-out drunk.
Crystal was transported to Mental health facility, and subsequently to hospital.
Again, absent a blood alcohol test we cannot know for certain that someone is intoxicated by alcohol. Ketamine or GHB will do the job.
