Of course if you administer a drug to someone (without their permission) that renders them unconscious, you've kidnapped them. So the indictment does not rule a date rape drug out.
Again, please read the court documents from the indictments linked by maggief in post #38. They specifically describe the kidnapping charge...moving her from one place to another without her consent etc.
